All Oochykoo footrests will be delivered with 4 rubber rings and 2 clamps. This set is available as a replacement should one of your items get damaged for any reason.
The clamps support the footrest when your little baby gets stronger and starts to push down on the footrest contributing to the footrest's slipping. This can happen if there is a film of natural oil or cleaning products on the legs or as of humidity. Usually, you can clean the legs with rubber alcohol, however, if you do not want to do this, you can always use the clamps to give extra support.

Please keep in mind that the swap of humidity and cold A/C conditions (in case you might use the highchair outside) might affect the Support Rings which are made out of rubber material which widens in hotter conditions.
Also, the usage of strong cleaning products might affect the life span and function of the rings. Best to clean your highchair with a soft dishwashing liquid and to make sure that the surface of the legs is dry again and free of soap before installing the footrest.
